Do I need to make an appointment?

We are an APPOINTMENT ONLY boutique so we can dedicate our full attention to each bride. Bridal reservations through our website are a great way to ensure you can try on dresses when you come to the shop, so if you know when you want to stop by, make a reservation!

Do you carry Mother of the Bride/Groom or bridesmaid dresses?

No, we just focus solely on the Bride.

What are your hours? I don't see them posted anywhere.

We are an appointment only boutique. So if we do not have any appointments we are not in the store. This allows us to keep our costs down by not having employees standing around for a customer that may or may not come in. This allows us to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to YOU the bride. So if you know you want to visit, make an appointment.

What is the price range of your gowns?

All our gowns are priced from $999-$1499. We do not carry gowns under $799 or over $999. We do not have as sale rack as our gowns are priced up to 80% off retail.

When should I start shopping for my gown?

Wait to start shopping for your gown until after you have picked your venue. The location will impact the overall feel of your wedding vibe! We recommend to start shopping 6-8 months out. If your in a time crunch, no worries! Shopping with us will allow you to take your gown home same day, so no worrying or wondering if your gown will show up on time.

What is OFF THE RACK?

OFF THE RACK means we sell what we have in the store. We do not special order gowns and because our gowns are marked 30-80% off MSRP, they sell quickly. Come ready to buy, otherwise your dream dress may become someone else’s. If you are they type of girlie that needs to explore ALL her options before making a decision, save our shop for last. Trust us we do not mind the comparison. You can always return to another shop to order a dress, because we are off the rack what is here today may not be tomorrow. Plus this will also allow you to take advantage of the $25 dress credit towards your purchase if you purchase on the day of your visit.

Do you offer layway?

All of our gowns are cash and carry. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. All gowns must be paid for day of, we do not offer any type of layaway. It is best not to shop until you are financially ready, as you may fall in love with a gown and it may not be here when you are ready and able to pay for it.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry bridal sizes 4-22

How should I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend you bring in photos of gowns you like. It is helpful if you have visited another bridal shop prior to your visit. This will give you a better direction in your gown selection. Undergarments are necessary! Our consultant get up close and personal, as we help you get in and out of the gowns. Wearing a strapless bra is recommended and keep your makeup to a minimum.

Do you allow pictures?

Absolutely! How are you going to know how you look if you can’t see a picture.

Who should I bring with me?

Shopping is stressful enough without a room full of opinions. We recommend bringing 4 of your nearest and dearest! Bring someone who will be supportive of your selection and who knows your personality and style. We love kids, however our shop is NOT child proof. Lots of white, delicate fabrics, etc and be tempting for kids to want to run and play in ~Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. Children are included in the guest count and must be well supervised throughout the appointment. Due to size constraints, we are not able to allow more than 4 guests per appointment.

Do you have pictures of your gowns?

Our inventory is ever changing. Gowns are sold and new ones are put out. It is best to follow us on Instagram to see our new arrivals

What is your return policy?

As standard with all bridal shops, ALL SALES ARE FINAL~ No returns, no refund, no exchange.
